Peter Nankervis

Peter possesses an undergraduate degree in Economics (Major in Economics and Business Law) and a Masters in Human Resources and Executive Coaching through Sydney University. He is a member of The Sydney University Coaching and Mentoring association and presents on “Building High Performance Teams” as part of the Monash University Post Graduate business program.

Peter founded Lighthouse Corporate Coaching in 2003 and is the Managing Director. Previously he held numerous top level corporate positions giving him a strong commercial understanding.   He was the National Consulting and Training Manager for a major National Human Resources Consultancy and held State and National line management positions. Prior to that he worked globally for Watermen Worldwide as Regional Manager, Europe, Africa and the mid East.

Peter is highly valued by his clients in Corporate facilitation sessions due to calm and persuasive influence combined with understanding strategy and the need for results.  He is a renowned and experienced Corporate Trainer, known for his inclusive dynamic approach and his understanding of business.  And as a Executive Coach, his approach is thoughtful and intellectual.

James Carolin

James is an experienced executive level coach and holds a Masters in HRM and Coaching Psychology from Sydney University, as well as degrees in Organisational and Industrial Psychology from the University of Cape Town and Stellenbosch University.

James draws on a breadth and depth of experience including roles as Consulting Services Director, Managing Consultant, and HR Manager for a blue chip international organisation.  James combines his extensive international experience and his skills as a strategic leadership facilitator to deliver significant and lasting change - and outstanding business results.

Liam Ovenden 

Liam possesses an undergraduate degree in Business (Major in Banking & Finance) from Queensland University of Technology and is a shareholder and non-executive Director in two large Australian private companies.  He is passionate about organizational performance.

Liam successfully founded and grew his own professional services business to $30 million which he sold in 2006.  Liam has worked with many ASX 200 and Fortune 500 companies in his capacity as an advisor, coach and executive search consultant.  Most recently he has conducted successful development programs for clients including BCI Australia, Knight Frank and Colliers International. 

Liam is known to have a profound effect on the culture of the businesses he works with and the performance of their staff.

Andrew Daddo

Andrew Daddo has had a regular place in the Australian entertainment industry for over 20 years.  He has an Arts Degree from Monash University, in addition he is a best selling author for children and has most recently enjoyed a stint as a broadcaster on ABC and 2UE radio stations.

In 2009 Andrew decided to extend his successful career into the Corporate Sector and started with Lighthouse as a presentation skills trainer and communication coach.  Andrew's skills in commanding attention and connecting with people combined with the latest research and programs, ensure he makes a difference to those who want to become persuasive and engaging communicators.

Tarni Nankervis

Tarni is responsible for all Accounting and Legal procedures for Lighthouse Corporate Coaching and associated companies.  In addition, she works closely with the Management Team in making strategic decisions. 

She is a fully qualified lawyer and practiced as a senior associate for Blake Dawson Waldron specialising in Commercial and Property Law prior to working for Lighthouse.

Sinead Berry

Sinead is an organisational psychiatrist with with over 14 years corporate experience. She has worked with clients in the Pharmaceutical, Finance, FMCG, Manufacturing and Retail sectors. Her core expertise includes designing and delivering solutions to enhance organisational performance.

Sinead is involved in the design elements of Programs as well as a facilitator on the Lighthouse Transition Program. Sinead also offers international training experience in Europe, Asia and the Pacific with proven results across small, medium and large businesses.

Anita Clarke

Anita is responsible for the coordination of all training and coaching activities for Lighthouse Corporate Coaching.  Anita works with the team to run and maintain the office and has 15 years experience working in similar roles within the advertising, marketing and training industries.
