Leadership Coaching
What is Leadership Coaching?
Executive Coaching is a one on one professional relationship where the coach follows a systematic process to facilitate the achievement of client goals. These goals normally fall in four areas; skills improvement, performance improvement, career development or a matter of your own agenda.
What are some of the Objectives and Outcomes for our typical Coaching assignments?
- Developing longer term business and personal goals
- Gaining Clarity and Focus on what’s important
- Improved internal stakeholder relationships
- Enhanced leadership and communication skills
- Improved confidence and superior work performance
- Higher level of self-awareness and understanding
- Aligned Leadership and Team Development
- Managing Stress
- Stepping Up into new role
How does the Coaching work?
We set clear business and personal goals and agree on a roadmap program structure to help the Coachee achieve those. Sessions are normally conducted every to three weeks over a three or six month period. Sessions are conducted at the Coachee’s office and last approximately 90 minutes. At each session we follow a process utilising solution focused and cognitive behavioral questioning methods to help the Coachee achieve positive and sustainable change.
