In addition to stakeholder interviews and focus group discussion we utilise several different performance analysis packages designed specifically to assist Leaders understand People and Performance Gaps and create High Performance within their division.
A. High Performance Team Analysis and Development Plan
Description:
- This Service is designed to provide a roadmap solution for business units who would like to be a high performing team or indeed address people or performance obstacles. The Divisional or Department Manager receives a detailed gap analysis report as well as facilitation support to create solutions to improve the Team Performance with high levels of engagement by key stakeholders.
B. Leader Performance Analysis and Development Plan
Description:
- In this package we assist People Managers and Leaders to understand their development areas and create a plan to address the gaps. The Leader receives a comprehensive visual and written report outlining strengths and development areas and the Executive Coach will assist the Leader to translate this into constructive behaviours and actions.
C. People and Performance Survey Analysis and Development Plan
Description:
This On Line survey has been carefully designed to offer the following;
- Benchmarks how engaged your staff feel in comparison to other high performing workplaces; and
- Identifies the key people issues to improve your business performance
- Identifies Staff engagement and retention hot spots
- Provides an avenue for staff to feedback to Management on what would improve their performance.
The survey can be filtered right down to specific segments and locations and you then receive a detailed visual report and presentation, highlighting particular “hot spots” and the most relevant Development activities required to improve each work demographic.
